I’ve shared other cupcakes and Disney treats that could work with any Disney themed party, but these have to be my favorite so far. Of course, my kids would argue that the Star Wars treats here would be better!
The darker pink with a bow on top and white “pearls” just make the cupcakes so adorable and look like real princess cupcakes!
These would be perfect for birthday parties, baby showers or other fun girly events! In addition to these beautiful cupcakes, you can also serve these cute mini brownie cupcakes or these fun vanilla Frozen cupcakes.

Ready to make these super sweet and cute little princess cupcakes?
For the cupcakes, you will need:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup white granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup salted butter, room temperature
- 3 egg whites, room temperature
- 1 3.9-ounce package of raspberry Jello
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
For the frosting:
- 2 sticks (1 cup) room temperature unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 4 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon raspberry extract
- Light pink gel food coloring
- Small white candy pearls like these Wilton pearls
- Candy gold crowns (you can find them on Amazon)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a 12-cup muffin pan with your favorite baking liners. You can get any kind of liners you want. If you’re doing a princess-themed party, you can find a ton of different girly themed liners that would look super cute.
In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and baking powder and set it aside for just a bit.
In a separate small bowl, mix together the milk and vinegar and set it to the side.
In a third mixing bowl add the butter and mix on low for about 1 minute or until the butter is creamy. Once it’s creamy, add in the sugar and mix for another minute or so until it’s light and fluffy.
Slowly add in the egg whites and vanilla as you mix. Then add in the milk and vinegar mix.
Whisk the Jello into the dry ingredients, then add the dry mixture into the mixing bowl with the wet ingredients and mix until everything is mixed well.
Add 1-2 drops of pink food coloring if you want to give the cupcakes more color.
Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 of the way with batter. Bake 18-20 minutes or until it springs back when touched.
Let the cupcakes set so they can cool down before we put the icing on.
Directions for Frosting:
In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, beat butter for 1-2 minutes, or until creamy. Add in the raspberry extract.
Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. It’s best if you melt them in 30-second bursts, stirring after each so that it melts evenly. Once melted, mix the chocolate into the butter mixture until it’s smooth.
Slowly mix in the powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, then 1 tablespoon of cream, alternating both until creamy, light, and fluffy. If mixed correctly, it should form stiff peaks.
Add in 1-2 drops of pink food coloring, or more until the desired color is achieved.
Place the icing in a piping bag and frost cupcakes.
