An easy Air Fryer Blackened Salmon recipe that only takes 3 ingredients and is delicious and ready to eat in around 10 minutes.
My daughter loves salmon, she would eat is every day if she could. This is something she clearly got from her father because I am not a fan of fish.
I really didn’t think she would like this blackened salmon that was made in the air fryer, but she did. I’m so glad she did because this recipe is extremely quick and simple so I can make it in a hurry if we need it.
Can we just enjoy how pretty it is for a moment.. even though I don’t eat salmon.. this is just a plate of prettiness to me!
Appliance Needed: Air Fryer
- 1 lb fresh salmon cut into two filets (with the skin on)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp blackening seasoning
It doesn’t get much easier than this…
Brush the salmon fillets with a little bit of olive oil. I’ve used the spray before with no problems, so if that’s what you have on hand you can use that instead.
Sprinkle the salmon with the blackening seasoning.
Place the seasoned salmon in the Air Fryer basket and cook at 390 for about 8-10 minutes or until done.
Keep in mind that cooking times may vary depending on what kind of an Air Fryer you are using.
