Easy Poppyseed Dressing Recipe

Why make your own poppy seed dressing?

I love making homemade dressing and homemade BBQ sauce. It’s super simple to put together and you can make as much as you need.

It’s also a huge money saver. No need to go out and buy a $6 (or more) jar of dressing when you can make your own at home for only a few dollars.

How long long can I store homemade poppy seed dressing?

Homemade poppyseed dressing can be kept for 1-2 weeks, covered in the fridge. Just make sure to give it a little shake or stir before you pour it onto your salads.

What to store your dressing in

Dressing shaker. I love using a dressing shaker simply because I can mix it and store it in the same container. There’s no mess, no dishes, and you can just shake and mix all in one go.

Mason Jar. Some store their homemade salad dressing in a covered mason jar.

Airtight container. You can store your homemade poppyseed dressing in an airtight container in the fridge.
