You can use any mold for the pumpkin popsicles. I purchased these from Amazon and we use it all of the time.
Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt
3 tablespoons sugar (you can use honey instead of sugar if you’d like)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
Instructions:
Mix the yogurt and sugar together in a small bowl. If you are using honey, instead of sugar, just mix the yogurt and honey together instead.
In another bowl mix together the cinnamon and pumpkin until it is combined well.
Grab your handy popsicle mold and layer in the yogurt mix, the pumpkin mix, yogurt mix, pumpkin mix. It is really not an exact science, we are just basically layering the two mixtures however you want it!
Freeze the popsicles in the molds overnight.
Once they are fully frozen, you can run the molds under warm water to loosen so that you can remove the popsicles.
Tip: Eat quickly! These will melt fairly quickly so you will want to eat them fast. You can also put them on ice or keep them in the freezer to last longer.
