Here is what you’ll need:

1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon sugar
1 siggy’s vanilla yogurt
witches hat mold (you can do any style mold, the pumpkin candy mold work well too!)

Instructions:

Add the pumpkin puree to a bowl or Ziploc bag, then add in the sugar and cinnamon. Stir well.

I like to put the puree into a Ziploc bag and mix it up because I think it makes it easier to squeeze the puree on top of the yogurt. Plus, that’s one less bowl that I have to wash!

Get your molds out and you’ll want to fill each hat with vanilla yogurt to about halfway to the top. We did a witch hat and pumpkin shaped mold, but you can do any mold design you want.

You can give the mold a very light shake if you’d like so that the yogurt evens out. Don’t worry if it gets a little messy, luckily it’s easy to clean up and towards the end, we will scrape it off anyway.

Once we have our yogurt all settled, drop half a teaspoon full of the pumpkin puree mix into each hat.

Or, if you’re using a ziplock bag, just cut a small bit out of the bottom so you can easily pour the puree out.

Scrape off any excess from the top. We like to use a straight spatula, but anything with a flat edge will work.

You can swirl it with a toothpick if you’d like so it has a cool little swirl effect.

Freeze for 3 hours or until they are solid. You’ll want to serve these bites cold so the yogurt doesn’t get all runny.
