Easy Mini Donut Spiders Made from Donut Holes
These mini donut spiders are super easy to make with only a few ingredients and are perfect for snacks, Halloween, breakfast, or even homeschool learning!
- 1 bag Frosted Mini Donuts
- 1 bag Pretzel Sticks
- 1 bag Chocolate Chips
- 1 container Vanilla Frosting
The first thing you’ll want to do is break the pretzel sticks in half. You could leave them as is, but if you do the legs of the spider would be pretty long and hard to keep intact.
Next, you’ll want to press 4 pretzel halves into one side of the donut hole.
After you have the holes on one side, turn the donut hole over and do the same thing, placing the pretzel halves into the donut. You should have a total of 8 pretzels sticking out of the donut hole now.
On the top of the donut hole, make 2 circles with the vanilla icing so we can create the eyes. We had some spare piping bags handy, so I put the icing in those to help make the circles small enough.
Add a chocolate chip to each white circle to finish the look of the eyes.
