Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and the oats. Once those are all mixed together, set it aside.
In a mixing bowl with a paddle attachment, cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until it’s fluffy and light in color. About 2 minutes.
Add in the vanilla, egg and egg yolk until fully mixed. Add in the dry ingredients we set aside early and then mix until everything is combined.
Add the chocolate chip bars, chocolate chips and m&m’s, blend until mixed in.
Press the batter into the baking dish we lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 14-16 minutes or until the edges are light brown in color.
Let bars cool in baking pan for 20-30 minutes.
