Cavities are holes that develop when the enamel of the teeth gets eroded by acids mostly introduced into the mouth through sugary treats and foods. The cavity formation process does not happen in an instance but takes some time. A condition called the plaque attack is the reason behind the formation of cavities. And this occurs when the plaque bacteria in the mouth gets activated by the ingested sugar.
To sort of this oral health issue is more of a long-term solution that you and your loved ones must work on daily. One of the crucial activities that could help keep cavities at bay is watching what you consume.
You should avoid products with high sugar content like starchy foods, pastries, and carbonated drinks. For example, instead of snacking on potato chips, single grain baby cereal might work as an easy and healthy breakfast for the whole family.
Swelling and bleeding gums

How to Solve Oral Health Issues Once and For All
First and foremost, make sure that everyone in your family brushes teeth regularly and correctly. Additionally, all your toothbrushes must be switched every two months. This also entails flossing after meals and, more so, reducing or stopping the intake of sugary foods altogether.
